VISUAL DISABILITIES CINEMA LAW OF 2017
Introduced in the 2017 Cinema Law, the audio descriptions facilitate the visually impaired in the use of media content.
Through the addition of a descriptive audio of the environments, movements and expressions of the characters, silent scenes, sounds, colours and superimposed texts, the professional narrators – without interfering with the dialogues – insert themselves in the pauses and provide all the necessary elements to make video sequences accessible to people with visual impairments.
AUDIO DESCRIPTIONS IN ACCORDANCEWITH LAW
This type of audio track finds application not only within an audiovisual multimedia product but also in theatrical performances, sporting events and museums.
We at Mediapiù can manage the entire production process, both in Italian and in a foreign language: from the creation of the script, to the voiceover, to the synchronisation / mixing with audio descriptions that strictly comply with the European directives on the subject.
